Absolutely beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Old Quebec City! We were doted on from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single staff member we interacted with were absolutely amazing, always greeted with smiles. I’d love to give a special shout out to the concierge Franz- he is super knowledgeable about the area and so kind, willing to help any way he can. The bell hops were also phenomenal! We didn’t have to carry anything with them around. We definitely felt spoiled. Breakfast at Chez Muffy was great, Artefact bar was great. The room was spotless. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be returning here next time we take a trip to Quebec. They also gave us homemade cookies at check out for our drive back home. above and beyond!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location was perfect, right by the river and in the heart of the old city. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the patio, weather permitting.
While our overall experience was great, we were not able to use the gym in the morning due to a special event happening at the hotel. This was a bit disappointing as we had planned to workout during our stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with attention to details like USB power sockets and a cozy sitting area. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and art galleries, and within easy walking distance to main tourist attractions. The staff were welcoming and hospitable, and the service was efficient. We had a great time staying here.
Breakfast delights, but it could be more reasonably priced. There are great bistros nearby that offer a more affordable option.
